Th Canopy Collective at Treehouse and Roots & Roam is a values-driven early childhood community grounded in Montessori principles and expanded through nature, connection, and community collaboration. We are a place where children, families, and educators grow together, thoughtfully, respectfully, and with intention. At TCC, we believe education is a living “whole child” ecosystem. Children are honored as capable, curious individuals. Educators are respected as professionals and collaborators. Community is woven into everything we do from our classrooms to the natural and cultural spaces we explore together.
As we continue to evolve, we are seeking passionate, reflective, and dedicated educators and support staff who feel called to meaningful work with young children and who are excited to grow alongside a collaborative team.
