Patti Gee is thrilled to be joining the Treehouse Montessori team and back in the classroom again.
Her Early Childhood Educator journey began over 34 years ago in a Montessori program with her toddler in tow. Patti has worked in all early learning capacities including opening and leading her own nonprofit Montessori school, serving as a kindergarten teacher in the public school system, and most recently as Head of School for a large center for several years.
However, working directly with children to guide them and support their natural curiosity and love of learning is where her skills shine and her soul smiles.
Patti is committed to making connections through authentic engagement and providing support to the Treehouse Montessori community, children, parents, and staff.
Patti has gained numerous credentials and has had a variety of learning experiences. She has a B.A. in education from Adams State University, along with a Colorado teaching license. Patti received her AMS Primary Certificate from M.E.C.R in 1992. Montessori education remains the most thorough and inspirational program that has impacted nearly every aspect of her career.
Patti is a Colorado native! She has lived in seven different counties around the state. As an empty nester, she and her husband spend time at their cabin in South Park, enjoying the scenery, wildlife, and canoe trips to the lake. She enjoys gardening, fishing, crocheting, and gathering with friends and family.
