Head of School/Owner
Crystal Koons is the Head of School/Owner at Treehouse Montessori. Crystal will be focusing her time on the research, growth and development of our program. Her ultimate goal is to build our community back up, create a safe space for teachers, families and children. She always strives to be progressive and innovative in the work culture environment, and works towards making the lives of our children and future a better place to be. Crystal has been with TMS since 2011 and holds her Primary Montessori training, has her state of Colorado Directors License for Early Childhood Education and a Degree in Graphic Design. She is a proud board member of the Colorado Montessori Association since 2017, and also sits on the Family and Consumer Science Board for Poudre School District. Crystal enjoys and cherishes the time spent with her husband Jon and their beautiful daughter Louella. As a family they enjoy being outdoors, challenging one another in the kitchen, making memories and hanging with friends and family.
